New SSL Rules going into effect July 1st

New SSL Rules going into effect July 1st

In accordance with the July 1st Deadline for all sites that do not have SSL protection, but use Google Chrome to visit specific sites (like mine), I’ve now updated it to have said protection. And placed a redirect to show the https in the link itself.

For those who don’t know what’s going on, and why this particular message is here: Google is implementing the “Not Secure” warning to all sites that do not have an SSL certificate, making the site come up with a warning about not being secure. This warning will appear for all Google Chrome users, as well as anybody that uses Chrome variants such as Comodo Dragon. This also applies if you use Google Chrome’s search engine to locate a site that has not received an SSL Certificate. If you use something like Firefox, it will just say” not secure”, but still allow you to access the site that you frequent without it.

So, I’ve taken measures to ensure that not only my site remains ad free, but 100% safe, as has been the case for many years. You’ll NEVER see me place something on my site, that would compromise your experience, and you will NEVER see me push for ads. So you are free to whitelist my site, as an adblocker here is never necessary. That’s the DV Promise I make to you.
