Good evening. I have an announcement to make, and it’s currently not a good one. Things at my job have taken a turn, and they’re not looking good. I’m a manager at my job, and over the course of nearly 2 years working, things have went downhill.
People leaving because they can’t keep up with the work, and staffing issues has resulted in my inability to effectively operate my position as one. And as a result of the conversation with my DM, it’s resulted me in having 35 days to fix everything that has gone wrong.
If I cannot fix everything that is requested of me, then my time at my job, and by proxy 20 years of service at it, will end. One thing you can bank on, is that I’m not a quitter. However, some necessary life changes will be made. This is where the bad news comes in.
know some of you have been looking forward to what Don Vecta & I have been cooking. But sad to say it won’t happen until I get out of this predicament. I refuse to allow all that time put in, to end then and there. If it means I have to put my life on hold, so be it.
I’m sorry to all who was looking forward to what I had planned next, but I’ll find a way to make it up to everyone. Rest assured this ain’t the end of me. Not by a long shot. Life right now is far more important, and I need to do everything I can, to preserve it.
