I understand that there are some people, who want to see me release a 1.1 ready stage, complete with the zoom feature. And I’ll get to that. And I do understand that there are some who don’t want to wait, and will rather do it themselves.

That is all fine and good, but if you are just adding a few extra lines of coding, then I don’t see much harm in telling me this. It’s not like I’m inactive, I’m still active, just on a break from doing so. I wanted to make my very first 1.1 ready stage, on my own terms. It will be some time, before I achieve that.

If most of you who visit the page, noticed that my site was down, it wasn’t hacked or anything, nor was it suspended because of anything on my end. If anything, it was because I simply forgot to pay for my server. A simple, yet honest mistake, that usually doesn’t happen. But, that is what makes me human: making mistakes, and learning from them.

So, what does this mean? It means I need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and make sure that I get my payments out on time, like they are supposed to be.

But you also might be asking “DV, why don’t you make yourself a free site, and have advertisements run on it, so you won’t have to keep paying for it”? The reason is quite simple: I feel at ease, knowing I’m paying for something that is clearly mine. You, as the visitor, have peace of mind knowing I would NEVER allow ads on my site. So there is no need for an adblock addon to run here. it’s about $17 per month, to keep my server going, as well as keep this place ad free, and I’m okay with that.

To some, that logic makes no sense, but I’m not any of those people. I’m someone who feels convenience in knowing, that I pay for what I want, and clearly own. I want quality. So therefore, quality is what you get, when visiting my simple site. I’ve been paying for my site, for as long as I can remember, even back on the old Generation-Now days.

In any case, my site being down, was my own fault. I usually never let anything become late, but this is proof that I need to be more careful.

You’re wondering what is taking me so long, in releasing the next set of stages. First thing’s first, Fallout 4, and Elder Scrolls Online is occupying a LOT of my time. That, and I need time to get my mind ready for the Anniversary Episodes of City Lights. Part 1 of 3, has been in production for well over a year now, and that is taking more priority than anything at this point. I’m getting assistance from fellow M.U.G.E.N Story video makerĀ BAL22, to aid me in getting Part 1 of 3 released.

So, what does this mean for any future stages? It means ALL STAGE RELEASES that are in the process of being done, as well as the remaining tutorials that are long overdue, are on hiatus, until I at least release the first of 3 parts to City Lights: Anniversary.

I apologize in advance.
